Fuel pump control module issue

DESPERATELY NEED HELP!!!

I have a 2016 F150 3.5 eco boost, just went over 100K miles. I drove to NY from Tennessee to visit for Christmas… on the way here got a check engine light. No drivability issues truck seemed fine and it was midnight so just kept going. When I got here I scanned it and got code P025A “repair wiring on fuel pump control module”. NO ford dealers willing to help everyone’s is booked 3 weeks out yada, yada, covid! I talked to a mechanic friend of mine he said more often than not its the module. So I bought the module put it in and cleared the code, the check engine came right back!!! I have to drive 700miles back to Tenn on the 23rd!!! Last time this happened to me on my ‘06 the module went bad the truck just shut off! I am traveling with my wife and 6 y/o daughter, and I’d really rather NOT break down on the side of a highway somewhere in Ohio after hours!

so if anyone has any ideas or has ever had this problem or similar I could really use some help right now!
