2020 FX4 with 20X9 rims...+12 or +18 Offeset?

Hey Folks,
I had the ready lift 1.5" front leveling kit installed on my new 2020 FX4. (Doesn't sit exactly level...still a sight front end rake). The truck came with stock 20s, alloy.
Now I am in the process of searching for a bigger set of tires and aftermarket 20X9 rims, and the level will allow 275/60/20 tires (33"). I want the tires to sit flush with the Fenders.
I would really appreciate some pics with these size tires with both +12 and +18 offsets.
Ford Authority says +12 offset will sit flush with the Fenders while still giving the truck that slightly more aggressive look without slinging rocks down the side of the truck.
Many others say it is actually a +18 offset that will do this.
WHICH IS IT?
Any and all opinions and help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

The 6 mm difference between 12 & 18 mm is only 0.223" , that's less than 1/4" difference meaning the +12 will sit the tire edge out wards that much more than the +18.
