Condensate dripping from HVAC drain shroud???

Took floor matt out few days ago to clean and noticed a lot water under matt. Pulled back matt and based on the white area in photo it's been leaking for quite a while. Dried matt and sanitized with vinegar solution to kill any mold spores.

Found TSB to add elbow at firewall drain point to prevent water from penetrating thru the firewall gasket. Seem typical problem over the last 10 years!! Also sealed gasket on engine firewall side with RTV. Also checked the passenger side front sunroof drain and drain hose attached properly. Snaked out the AC condensate drain and nothing came out - was clean.

Drove the truck to see if issue fixed - when got back checked and condensate coming out drain as it should but also getting water droplets out of the plastic shroud over the drain tube inside the truck. After 1/2 hour drive had ~2oz water on floor accumulated under matt.

Will take go to my dealer and see if they can resolve. I do have Ford ESP on the truck ( 2017 XLT wiht 26K miles) so may need to push them to install new HVAC unit.

Any other suggestions to try??

Before cleaning - buildup around the condensate drain area.
