Problems with warranty service?
Purchased a 2020 Lariat, “used”, had 40 miles on it and sales said it was a program truck, had been taken around to shows. I’m beginning to think there was a known problem with this vehicle. After heavy rain, passenger floorboard soaking wet and the sound of water under the threshold trim. I won’t go into all details as it is a long story put together in less than 2 months of ownership, but on to my real question ....
Have any of you guys had customer service problems with an obvious warranty issue? This process has been extremely frustrating, I keep getting runaround from the dealerships, runaround from warranty agents about rental reimbursement, can’t get calls back - it feels like warranty support reps have been trained to ignore customers in hopes you’ll give up and leave them alone. They make up a case number and then no one but that agent can talk to you about your vehicle. Difficult to impossible to get in touch with your assigned agent. Seems like a big bureaucracy established to inhibit getting to resolution. Exact opposite of good customer service experiences I’ve had with other companies when a product is having a problem. Or maybe I’m feeling jaded because I have a truck with 2K miles on it that can’t be in the rain.
Anyone have problems with Ford customer service? I’ve never had problems before, but this is also the first time I’ve had a fairly significant problem with one (I’ve owned 5 over the last 20 years)

What state do you live in?
Reason I ask, is because depending on how your state is, the lemon law effect might be in your favor.
Keep your case numbers, document everything, etc. Try to record everything. The more proof, the easier it will be to get it enforced.
Whatever you do, don't start making up stuff, don't get mad/verbal/violent, and don't alter the vehicle - no matter how frustrating. Reasoning behind this is, they may try to weasel themselves out.
