You can't tell me the front doesn't look like a Tundra. I'm no troll, or a hater, but it does have some similar lines without a doubt. The headlights are different, but the hood, grill, bumper insert, and foglight position have a lot of similarities. I do think the Atlas-style grill looks a lot better with the SuperDuty-style openings on each side of the grill to break it up. It's just too much material in the pic above.

I'd forever take a F150 over that behemoth Toyota POS. Even with a puny 2.7 Ecowhatchamacallit turbo thingy pushing the wheels. - Og

I agree with you for the most part. The front end especially with any the chrome covered plastic is over done. There's too much going on and it comes off as too busy and like the designer was trying too hard. There's mesh, thick bars, thin bars, squares and circles. It just doesn't flow. For the record I thought that way about the Atlas too.

The simpler black grill looks much better because there isn't so much going on with it. I'll be keeping me 2011 for a while anyway and hopefully there's a refresh in a few years when I'm ready for a new one.

There really is no similarities to the Tundra, if anything Toyota imitated the F150 designs.

IMO the 2015 F150 looks more similar to the 2008 superduty.

I will agree - the first thing I thought when I looked at the front end was "Tundra".....!!! That being said, I think it is a sharp truck - much better looking than the '09 - '14 models! I'd buy one in a heartbeat!

I like it...I will be trading in for a 2016 version most likely! (Not a fan of odd yrs, plus it take a yr to get all the bugs out!)
By then there will be an "ATLAS" Grill out (either after market or factory)

It's funny that sooner posted a pic of the f150 next to the tundra, and people are still saying they look alike. The only thing these two trucks have in common is that they ride people in the front and cargo in the back.if anything that tundra has stole its looks from earlier fords. You only have to take a look at the interior to know I am right. I am not in love with the fx4 the way they are showing it in the above pic. I wish they would have shown it in black or grey. I don't know why ford I was picks their most awesome truck to show in their ugliest color. I also think I like the xlt grill in the monochrome better. Either way I love this truck and I can't wait to have one.

With no Big Bore V8 offering my next truck will probably be a SuperDuty or a Nissan 5.0 Cummins Diesel! My truck is not my daily driver so I don't give a hoot about MPG's!

What's wrong with the 5.0 V8? I'm BETTING that the 6.2 will be gone in the next Super Duty, probably replaced by a direct injection NA 5.0 tuned for torque...............

Just noticed on the Ford, is that a front camera below the emblem on the chrome grille or just a shadow?

Simply put, it needs more torque, down low. IMHO, or course.

Sorry but to me, the 5.0 curve is not very truck-friendly in and of itself.

Ford has stated the engine is a carry-over, so no joy in 2015, at any rate. It also needs 4:10's because of it's (relatively ) peaky curve, also IMHO. Even the lowly 5.4 3V has a better Truck-specific TQ curve.

Perhaps DI and the 8-10 speed tranny will address this. And I surely hope, given the ever-expanding EB-heavy engine lineup, that they have addressed those CAC and spark plug issues. Then there is the as-yet unaddressed DI-specific issue no one seems to want to talk about...

I think the new Mustang and the new truck are better looking than the 2014 models.
As an oh by the way, I saw what must have been a new GMC truck yesterday and it looks very similar to the 2015 Ford in the front. They all copy each others designs.
