Tranny issue and ambient temp issue

Hi just wanna share some info I have a 2018 f150 platinum I have had the same tranny issues as others. Feels like driving a stick shift. Did have the software update done 2 weeks and seemed fine at first only to go back to the harsh shifting and downshifting. Best way to describe it like taking off in a higher gear in a stick shift. I’m gonna bring it back and re do software update. I also had a problem with ambient temp sensor located in grille. It was reading -40 temps when it was 50 outside. Replaced 2 senors then finally told dealer to put dialectic grease and seal off wire with silicone so moisture doesn’t get inside. So far so good. I hope ford finds the fix for these trannies such a disappointment.

Interesting.

So far the best transmission I've found is in the SD behind the 6.7l PSD. It actually shifts where I would shift if I were driving a standard...
