Nice pull, Derek.

And as far as never rust goes, one should say it will "never red rust" and it is a lot less corrosive than steel. Ford did salt bath testing on the new F-150 and found no degradation.

Call me cynical, but I find it very hard to believe that they found no degradation. That would mean it would mean it would last forever. Less degradation maybe?

Yes it wasn't no degradation. Let me correct that. There was virtually no degradation after the 10 year simulation. Not none or forever. But better than my 10 year results on some of my steel trucks which had major rust problems.

PUTC provided a comparison list of 2014 and 2015 part prices and the prices are pretty much the same.

GM doesn't have BSM so once they catch up to Ford (in 2018?) they will have the same issue with the more expensive tails.
