I buy and repair damaged vehicles. I am looking at a damaged 2016 F150 former utilities truck that has the following written on the tail board:
" powered by compressed natural gas"
Does Ford build them to run on this type of fuel from the factory or is this an add on aftermarket kit? Also wondering if it would still run on normal gasoline?

Ford offered a "gaseous fuel prep package" from the factory, but the conversion itself would have been aftermarket, probably through a Ford-certified upfitter. It may or may not be still gasoline-capable, depends on whether it was a bi-fuel or dedicated CNG conversion.
