2014 F150 with 5.0l power issues

2014 F150 is a no crank, no start. All lights and gauges work. Battery is good, tried 2 different keys. tried in P and N and wiggling the shifter lever, when I turn key to crank I hear 1 click in passenger floor area, but don't think I hear anything under hood in fuse box. I pulled relay #2 and have 12 volts to relay with key on, I had someone turn key to crank position and I am only seeing 2.5V on the small signal wire that I assume energizes the relay. I know the PCM is supposed to send the 12v signal but I can't find a wiring schematic to see what pin the signal comes from and if there is anything else in line of the wire like switches or connectors to check. I don't want to say it is a bad pcm if the issue is between the pcm and relay. Does anyone have a schematic I can follow or what to check to diagnose if it is PCM or something else.

Sounds like you have a severe grounding problem.

Check the grounds starting at the battery and work your way back. Check those copper ground straps too!
