Stumped on why Fuel Pump has no power

So today my neighbour and I replaced my fuel pump module, fuel pump, and have checked all the fuses, and little connectors people said passengers will often break/disconnect by kicking that little panel in front of the interior fuse panel. We did this because two days ago my truck suddenly wouldn't start. We did all this diagnosing, and nothing has worked from all the common problems. We eventually tried testing the wires that connect to the fuel pump to find out they have no electricity coming through. We found videos saying to look for an interia/fuel reset switch, but apparently they don't exist in this gen of trucks. We are completely stumped on this. The only possible other info that might help is that I never fill my gas tank past the first auto shut off. For whatever reason all gas attendants do it, so I refuse to let them fill my truck because it sets off my O2 sensor and opens the EVAP thing and makes the truck try to start only to fail until you try starting it a second time. Done that since I bought it, no mechanic found a problem. Well, the day before my truck died I was filling my truck, and walked to another pump to fill my gas cans for my lawn care equipment, and some random attendant without asking came and topped the **** out of my gas tank. So I am not sure if that has anything to do with this problem. After driving around for about 120km to car scanner reads I have 98.3% capacity in my fuel tank. Could it somehow have too much?
We are completely stumped at what to do, and I need my truck for work so it being down is pretty stressful.

Another note, we tested the old fuel pump after taking it out and it ran, so it's not a faulty new pump (also hooked it up to a battery directly and got it working).
