Unhappy Possible PAC AmpPro problems

I installed a pac AmpPro today with a kicker cvt 12 and after about an hour of driving around I got an “service advance track” message and my entire dash went dead speedometer light everything. But the truck kept running. I’ve never had this happen before! Anyone else? And do you think it’s the AmpPro kit? 2013 f150 fx2 premium Sony system 105k

He2Nawfmemphis...
Can't help ya (other than reverse and unplug what you've done), but here's a thought providing some vehicle information that will probably be pertinent to those who can... Vehicle information (minimally) - Year? DTC(s) (Diagnostic Trouble Code(s))? Model and trim? Miles? Modifications? Entertainment system? and... ????

Consider putting your complete vehicle information (year, model, cab, trim, engine, wheelbase, _x4 drive, mileage, maintenance, modifications, etc., etc.) in your signature to have it automagically included when you post. *Eliminates playing 20 questions when/if a post is made pertaining to your vehicle.

*Don't forget to [ save ] it.

Undone everything and put it back stock and it won’t crank and headlights won’t turn off

Talking Resolved

Okay okay the pac amp pro is fine nothing is wrong with it. But on the passenger firewall where I pushed my power wire through. There were 4 naked wires! So I guess as I was feeding it through I dislodged the rubber and was scraping wires on the body. But all has been repaired and she’s up and rolling. Thanks for the help fellers!

I know this is a old Post but the Pac Amp Pro. Do you still have that vehicle with the Pac Amp Pro hooked up question does it integrate well with adding extra amplifiers.
