Hey guys, can anyone tell me what the problem is? I have a loud clicking sound coming from the front end. I thought it may be a cv shaft but they look pretty good. I can get the click to stop by engaging 4wheel drive. Any help would be appreciated!

 

What is this on? Can't see the rest of the truck through the Internet.

I thought you could tell from how much and where the rust was on the underside of the truck glc
