Rattle/Scraping noise at 1500rpms

Im in high school and just bought this truck 3 weeks ago to start my landscaping business and commute to school everyday. Everything was good until I noticed a weird noise that almost sounded like I was dragging a chain link fence behind me only at 1500 rpms, no more and no less. As soon as I let of the gas or give it more, it goes away, I've also noticed a small rattle at low speeds with windows open or whenever I drive near a wall

Check the exhaust heat shields.

Would that be something that only occurs in drive and only when held at 1500 rpms?, doesn't make the noise in park or in neutral. I read something about it being the IWE? don't know much about this truck yet

If it's an IWE, the noise should go away if you put it in 4wd. I'm still betting on it being exhaust system related.

I will try it in 4wd and see if I here it thank you, also gonna get under there today and see if anything is loose on the exhaust. If it is indeed the IWE, is that something that’s somewhat easy to replace or should I bring to my mechanic
