2013 Ecoboost odd brake issue.

Have a 2013 3.5 EcoBoost SuperCrew. The brakes seem to work great a high speed but when you're in a parking lot or at a stop sign doing slow driving they start grinding and not wanting to stop. The odd part about it is you turn the truck off and back on it immediately fixes the problem for a little bit. I've been hearing a lot of issues about the vacuum pump on this system. I'm wondering if the vacuum is getting low and then when I restart the truck it gets a higher pressure. I also wonder if it could be something faulting with the ABS and then when I restarted it resets the system. I removed fuse 47 for the ABS and tried it it still seems to have the issue with stopping but doesn't grind. Anyone have any experiences like this?

You may want to see if there are any codes relating to the ABS system. You'll need to find someone with a scanner that can read all of that. Or use a computer and a bluetooth reader.
