2011 Ford f150 4x4

2011 Ford f150 4x4 overheating issues have flushed radiator changed thermostat and water pump what could be the problem?

It could be a blown head gasket. Check the coolant for signs of oil in the coolant and the oil for signs of coolant. But I would start off by getting a test kit that detects exhaust gasses in the radiator coolant. A compression gauge may also detect a problem and a compression test on each cylinder should be done. Look for any signs of coolant in the cylinders or on the spark plugs when you take them out to perform the compression tests.

Stop throwing parts at it. A significant percentage of parts are bad even when new so you're just confusing the diagnosis.
