Thoughts on changing plugs in 2014 EB

I have not been on the forum for a few years. I have a 2014 3.5L Ecoboost that I bought new. I don't drive it a whole lot and I have 37,000 mile plus on the engine. The maintenance schedule in the owners manual specifies mileage, but not time. I don't want to run into issues with seized plugs, and the owners manual says they don't need to be changed until I hit 100,000 miles, which might be quite a few years from now given my usage for the truck. The truck is not a DD, and I generally only use the truck when I need to haul stuff. Most of the time it sits in a garage on a battery maintainer. Thoughts on when to change the plugs so I don't run into issues stripping threads in the aluminum heads removing the old plugs? Does Ford put any anti-seize compound on the threads at the factory? Thanks

Ecoboost plugs should be changed every 40k, regardless of what the manual says.

Thanks. That's probably what I'll be doing soon, just wondering what people thought.
