Yes it can still haul with the lift and tires. Now you do need a drop for the ball. The last picture I had my stock rims and tire size back on. That trailer weight close to 9000 pounds and had to go from Atlanta to Las Vegas. Which is around 2100 miles and then had to bring it back. In case of a blow out I went stock. Don't have a 35" spare yet.
