Mystery connector near brake pedal

I noticed an unused connector near the brake pedal and was wondering what it’s for and if I could make use of it for power etc.

This isn’t the aftermarket brake controller connector by the OBD-II. It is something different.

Looks like 16pin with about 10 used. Any ideas? Wiring diagram would be fantastic!

Thanks
