Manual on removing power seat switch?

read through a plethora of forums and did what some said worked in resetting the switch by leaning it all the way back but didn't work. I will be replacing my switch but would like to know if there's a diagram or manual or video out there on doing so? Where do I start and how do I remove the molding around the switch? Thanks fellas.

I may replace the cover for the seat switch because mine is cracked along the crease.

I have an AllData service manual and when I get the time, I'll research the procedure and post steps.

Did you ever get a chance to do this? I'm trying to figure out the power and ground wires for these seats and how to bypass the memory module.
Thanks

Success !!!

(oops forgot the pic)Hi Guys: I managed to get this figured out. The diagram from wiring diagram SSCULLY (F150 Loaded Seat Wiring diagram ) helped imensly. I removed the memory module and related wiring from the drivers seat and wired the appropriate switch wires directly to the motors. Pug already had the 30 am fused hot wire in the male connector so was good to go after that. Passenger seat was a matter of finding the correct hot input and then setting up a fused hot connection from the battery and wiring it into the male end of the plug. Both are working great. Now to figure out how to wire the heat cooled functions to switches independant of a climate control system (which I don't have) pic of new seats installed below. Any help with the heat/cool wiring/switches would be welcome.
