Resonator delete pipe part #'s

I've been digging around trying to find the part # for the resonator delete pipe, and I found them. Since they were a pain to find, I thought it would helpful if I created a new thread with the part #'s that would be easy to find using the search.

If your truck has the factory installed chrome exhaust tip, then the factory exhaust has a vibration damper on it, no factory tip, no damper. Dealer installed tips have no damper. Only the 145" and 157" wheelbase trucks come both ways.

9L3Z-5A212-A - 126" wb with damper

9L3Z-5A212-B - 133" wb without damper

9L3Z-5A212-F - 145" wb with damper
9L3Z-5A212-C - 145" wb without damper

9L3Z-5A212-D - 157" wb with damper
9L3Z-5A212-G - 157" wb without damper

9L3Z-5A212-E - 163" wb without damper

From what I've found, these pipes are made for the 09-10 4.6 and 5.4 trucks but fit the 2011-2014 trucks with the 5.0, 6.2, and 3.5 EB engines just fine, just get the correct wheelbase.

There was someone on another forum who had the 3.7 v-6 in a 126" truck and his factory resonator was around 30" long and he tried the delete pipe for a 126 and a 133 and they were both too short, if he would have tried a 145 pipe, he would not have had to modify the 133 pipe to fit, as the 145" pipe is 30" long and probably would have fit.

Very good info!

One question, when you are saying Vibration Damper are you talking about the flex pipe?

One of these days i am Replacing the Resonator with a 3" pipe and deleting the Flex Pipe and going 3" there also. That way i will have a true 3" exhaust. Instead of it going 3" to 2 1/2" in the resonator then back to 3" then down to 2 1/2 inch at the flex pipe and back to 3 inch out the back.

NO, there is a bracket on the pipe itself and a green canister mounted to the bracket.

No damper

with damper

Does this extend to the 2015/16 models as well?
