2010 Stall issues

Now I have searched and did some research in the past month about the possible issues. Looking to see if anyone maybe can shed some light on some things I have noticed while this is going on.

Truck is a 2010 with 46000 miles. Stock except wheels and tires. About a month ago it stalled on my wife, then it has done the same about 4-5 times on me. Did the normal checking of vac leak etc etc. I have borrowed a blue tooth scanner that I can watch the OBD2 on my phone and it has only throw a code once for the normal P0150. That code is not stored and has not appeared but once in the stalling adventures.

What I have noticed is the last 3 times this has happened the fuel gauge was at around 1/4 tank and miles to empty around 115-100 or so. When the truck is about to stall it acts sluggish and the fuel gauge starts dropping rapidly. Goes down to say 30-40 miles left instantly. The scanner I have does not read fuel pressure.

In my case Im leaning towards a fuel related problem and it has not stalled with a 1/2 full tank or more as of yet.

Thoughts?

Check the FPDM for corrosion.

FPDM physical inspection looks good. I will search any electrical tests that I can do to check the unit but it looks clean.
Truck is barely driven much less off road here in FL. Sits in the driveway most of the 46000 miles are highway getting my kids from sport to sport during misc seasons.

Doing some more looking around I'm think the purge valve maybe my next step.

Tested purge valve by disconnecting electrical connection and hose to canister, started engine and at the time of test full vac on my finger. Enough to fully pull skin tightly to valve. Searched around and found that to be fairly bad!!
When this occurs it must pull fuel from tank into intake causing the engine to die.

Just an update for anyone who will search this later in time.
2 tanks of gas completed and have had no signs of any issues after replacing the purge valve.
I let the tank go fairly empty on both occasions. Let it idle for 30 min etc etc.
That $50 part seems to have fixed the issue.
