Headlight Swap/Plug and Play

Does anyone know if it is a plug and play if I want to swap my stock headlights on my 2012 to stock HID headlights that come on the 2013 and above. I own a black truck, and think that the smoked out OEM/HID headlight would look great, but not sure if any extra wiring is involved.

Yes, I did the swap on my 2011 (pic below). But my 2014 came with the HIDs.

I have an '11 Lariat. I did the swap in Aug. of '13. Been real happy with mine.
