I was wondering if anyone knew if a truck cap for a 2013 F150 would fit the bed of a 2014 F150?

Yes, as long as both beds are the same length.

 

Jim, I'm pretty sure both trucks would need to have the same cab style too. I don't think a regular cab, SCab and SCrew have the same "slant" on the rear part of the cab. And, if you have a sliding rear window in the truck, I think you'd want one in the cap too.

Yes, any 2009-2014 truck cap will work, as long as it's the same bed size (5.5, 6.5, 8) across all cab types (std, scab, screw)
