ambient air temp sensor
Hi all! New to the site and was just looking for an answer. The question is that I have a 2009 f150 xl. It did not come with an ambient air temp sensor but has the connector for it. I bought this truck new in 09 and never really have had the time to fiddle with all the options on the truck. If I install an ambient air temp sensor will it affect the truck adversely? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

No it won't. Is yer cluster able to read it?
