Window Sticker says "Block Heater NC'

Pulled out my window sticker and it says "Block Heater" with no dollar amount. Does that mean I have a block heater? If so, where is the 120V plug? I have a 2014 SCREW XLT with the 302 Package.

Open the hood and look in the bottom of the bumper, it should be in the area between the fog lights.
