PCV Valve question
PCV Valve question
So I saw this new video from the Ford tech that posts here now and then (below)...
....and I went out and looked at my 2014 F-150 (built 04/2014 - ecoboost 3.5) and the passenger side PCV valve is BROWN but the driver's side is BLACK. What gives? The TSB he shows says to install the brown ones if the truck has black PCV valves. I assume BOTH should be brown? I'm not sure why I have one brown (passenger side) and one black (driver side). Before I go buy a brown one for the driver's side, I thought I should ask to see if you know of a reason why the driver side may be black. Maybe that's just how they did it during my build date and I really should get a brown one for the driver side too?

Actually, I was looking at a diagram on the Ford parts site and is it just that there's only one PCV valve, and that's the one on the passenger side? I guess so....
