Getting close to replacing my 09. What's the highest mileage Eco-Boost out there?
should....
Hard to believe it's 2014 and dealers still play the game!
Internet price was listed as $XX,XXX.XX. So I called, didn't qualify for A, B, C or D plus they added tinted windows and a bed coating. My price was $XX,XXX.XX plus $3500.
Can someone recommend a high volume dealer that doesn't play games?
Thank You.

Even though it's been a long time since I bought my 09 new, I swore the next time I buy a new truck I was just going to fly down to Texas to buy one. I went through 2 weeks of agony trying to deal with dealers around here. I ended up driving 190 miles to a dealer in the southern part of the state to get a decent deal. And all that when I had a check in my hand for full payment from my credit union while negotiating.......
It seems that a lot of guys from up north come out ahead buying a truck down south rather than local. It might be worth a few minutes of your time to e-mail/call a few dealers in Memphis, Little Rock, Nashville etc to see what they will do for you.

A lot of times, it doesn't make sense buy a plane ticket and miss extra work, etc. to fly down to Texas or somewhere else, but in your case, it seems like it may. On a brand new truck, there can't be any "used car surprises," so it should be a low(er)-risk venture to come down here and save a few grand.
Bought mine for the price I wanted to pay, after being turned down by two dealers. Bought it through the Internet salesman at Autonation Ford in South Fort Worth. Emailed the truck they had, what I was willing to pay and they said come get it. The volume dealers will also make better deals the last 3 or 4 days of a month to reach their goals. Another dealer that makes great desks is Five Star Ford.

The dealer next to the Waffle House. They do have certain vehicles with orange/red tags hanging from the mirror's, with reduced prices of around $2,800 or so. But, this is usually the norm for them.
I just thought their website pricing was almost comical. I spent a few years in the auto industry so I know some of the nonsense that goes on. Thing is, I got a heck of a deal on my new '07 F150 from them.

Traded in my '11 Lariat on this '13 Platinum at the end of January...mid October '13 build and just about identical to the '14's but about 4K less. I have about 1,800 miles on the truck now and I'm quite impressed with the Ecoboost so far. My son in law has a '13 Lariat with close to 15K trouble free miles on his Ecoboost and after driving it took my chances over the 5.0.

Still not a bad idea but hold out for the new 2015 instead.
You had to play the receptionist card, didn't you? I drove buy after lunch, and the truck is out by the front gate, with an orange red tag under the mirror. Good ole' dealer in town wanted to sale a Black Fusion really bad, the salesperson couldn't understand why I didn't want a black car with a dead battery and low front tire. I guess blue or red sounded like black to him.
Hahaha, I had to she's about the only reason to ever go there. Forget about going to Crain in J'ville too. I'm banned from their service department after I went off on a tech and the service manager. Apparently yelling, "You don't know a wrench from a tittie" loud enough that it echos through new car sales is frowned upon...
