C clamp looks ok paint matched some, or in plastic matte black. Absolutely hideous in chrome XLT fashion. Yikes.

That being said, can't wait for the 6 bar to be on your truck!

 

05REDFX4 Tried to send a PM but wouldn't go for some reason. Anyway, am I reading this right that if I wanted to swap out my 2013 FX4 grille for a 6 bar in black I will need the grille and surround? Will it then bolt right up? Any insight will be appreciated.

Is there anyone that makes the
" c clamp" grill for older trucks? I think it would look sexy on my 08 FX4

Nothing. The two members who have a six bar grill that wanted to sell them, I tried contacting them and I never heard back from either one. I'm still sportin the black c-clamp grill for now.

tasca parts probably has it cheaper but I don't have a part # to check it out.

 

I'm looking for the 6 bar grilles, I checked tasca for the c clamp grille and didn't find one.

The 6 bar style was from the 11-12's, the xlt got a chrome one, while the stx and fx2/4 got a black or grey one.

Do you want black or chrome?
