Explain to me when you add an aftermarket suspension part that alters the OEM design how it's still the "stealerships" AKA FORD's problem??

Then, someone from Ford Service offers to help and you still rip on them??

What did I miss here??

My 2012 does the same thing but I only notice it in the cold weather I have the 2.5 kit from auto spring. Dealership doesn't know what it is. They replaced the steering column for me but didn't help. I am beginning to believe it is just a leveling kit thing and maybe I just have to live with it. Doesn't seem to be hurting anything just annoying.

Check your spacer and strut bolts to make sure they are tight, if so try turning your traction control off and find a bump, if it does try it again with advance trac off.. If this helps there is a tsb to lower the sensetivity of TC...

Did not feel it on the way home, warmed up to 68 this afternoon. Strange that the temps make a diffrence. Not going to worry about it unless it gets worst.

I just want to chime in to this post, I have a 2011 with a 2.5 level kit and 305's. I live in Canada and the weather is now cold and I am also getting the same noise/clunk in the steering wheel, I just had brand new tie rods put on and alignment a week ago and it is still present. I think it is something to do with the struts and lift in the cold? could be bushings or stabilizer links maybe but that is only a guess, now reading the other issues the same that people have I am thinking it is something to do with the lift kit.

Does it only clunk when turned to full lock?

Clunk

Hey guys ,I just want to throw in my 2 pennies as well. I have a 2016 and just installed a MotoFab 2.5 leveling kit material is billet. My truck has around 9300 miles I've only had the kit on for 3 days and noticed the same issue as well . I went over a bump and heard it too, didn't feel it but for sure it came from passanger side. I noticed some scuffs on Springs but that's from me installing the kit haha. So I do think it has to do with the fact of altering the suspension. The material that the spacer is made out of may have a part in it from the temp drops ie plastic or metal. But it is life when we make a truck become "our" truck things do change in the driving habits of it.
