What do you think about switching to full synthetic once the truck is north of 150,000 miles? I use the regular Motorcraft synthetic blend now and change it at 4,000 mile intervals. I could go longer but it just gives me a better feeling changing it early. I even fill up my filter before I twist it on.

Why would you change at 150,000? If its good for that long, why not another 150,000?
