Ecoboost stumble, but no humidity???

My experience with Iridium spark plugs is that they stumble. I found double platinum are fine.

Change you're plugs and Re-Gap them to .030 and it should eliminate any / all of the misfiring issues.

Read the codes and see if it is the same cylinder that is missing. If so move the coil and see if the miss follows. I have seen several reports of bad coils that cause misfires.
