Just bought an 09 f150 and both blinkers blink fast (all bulbs are working, even the ones in the mirrors) what gives? also both tail lights and license plate lights are out, but brake lights and reverse lights work. Cant find a flippin' fuse in the owners manual for tail lights....super frustrated at this point, pls help

Take it right back to the place you bought it from, assuming you bought it this way and they let you pull out of the lot like this.

 

sounds like 2 possible problems to me
1 - there is a short in the wiring somewhere
2 - the previous owner tried to upgrade to LEDs and did it wrong.

I'd take it back to where you bought it, if that is possible?
If not, pull out one of the tail-lights and see what you find. It might just need new bulbs (hopefully)
