Updated pics of the 11 HD after PD
Updated pics of the 11 HD after PD
Here are some pics that were taken last night after everything was done. It was night time so couldn't get any outdoor pics. Will take some today. The next thing will be installing 2 in drop shackles to level the truck out. Sorry for the pics not being very good. Buddies phone apparently doesn't take the best pics.
Update with pics out in the daylight and after a quick bath.

Heheheheheheeee, I found ye here, too AKA! I told ye I'm on a heap of truck forums! And now I know what PD and HD means. Ye truck still looks great! Ye wouldn't be wanting to pull that PD off anytime soon, now would ye? If so, I know where they can tell ye how...

Thank you sir!!!
Added better photos out in the sun and cleaned up a little. Also dipped the Harley Davidson lettering on the bed.

That PD REALLY sets it off man! I love the way it looks. Definitely a tasteful and unique touch. If you don't mind though, I'd really like to talk to you after you do the drop shackles. I really want to do them as well, but don't want to sacrifice ANY ride quality at all. Hope to hear about your results and opinion.
Thanks man.
Yeah for sure and thanks for the compliment. Also I have been doing quite a bit of research and looking around. A 2" drop shackle with not effect or sacrifice the ride quality as it will not change but it will handle better. The only thing is wether you will need shims or not and from my understanding its on a truck to truck bases. Another thing I suggest if you don't have them is rear wheel well liners. Not only do they cover and protect the rear wheel wells it also makes the painted wheel well not stand out as much. I will defi let you know about the shackles. Just trying to decide which brand DJM, Belltech, or Ford racing. Then finding a shop to install them. Just been within the week or so.

No worries man. PD is plasti dip. Best way to explain it is its a spray able latex/rubber that bonds to the paint and is 100% reversible. So all the black parts on my truck can be torn off and turned back to stock. With it being 100% reversible it is quite durable if the area is prep right and a good few coats are sprayed/laid down.
Thanks man.

Thanks for the info though and let us know what brand you go with and how it feels.
