That's good info! It tells me that I'm going to be hanging on to my 2011 for a while. That's just more than I'd be willing to pay.

That's ignorant on fords part. At 30k they'd fly out off the lot. Like they wouldn't make any money. Haha

Well, its not the official pricing, the order guide was just released today and my salesman worked up a order sheet for me. Even if they price it a 34995 for a 2wd and 39995 for a 4x they will fly off the lots. But at 41 and 45 there will be a lot of them sitting around waiting to be bought.

They'll come down after the majority sit on the lots for months. That truck isn't worth near that much.

Correct me if I'm wrong... Isn't the "tremor" just a loaded two door lariat?

What's the difference? Wheels? Stickers?

At the price of the 4x4, you are getting close to base Raptor territory. I'd rather spend the extra $1k or so and get a Raptor over a Tremor. I hope these numbers are way off when the official pricing is released.

ok I don't get it?
what is so special about the tremor?
its not big enough for the whole family,
its not a hot rod with a supper hot motor,
it don't have a different trim level / package
I just don't get it why would ford make it so much?

Hi Coy -

Thank you for your inquiry on the new 2014 Ford F-150 Tremor. As of now we don't have official pricing but we should be getting it very soon. When it becomes available I will have your sales associate, Juan Munoz contact you with pricing and options.

Its the first "sport truck" since the lightning left

Most people dont buy sports trucks to haul the family around.

Depending what you call a hot rod its gonna be pretty quick, will probaly have better performance numbers than the lightning.

Why would you need a different trim package? Lightning didnt have different packages

Well, I don't call a V6 a hot rod. They need to get rid of the ugly side graphics also. I drive a truck to use it as a truck. If I wanted a true hot rod, I'd get a Mustang. The price, if this is correct, is way too high for something that really isn't anything new. It is just a bunch of current production parts slapped together in a different way. At least the Raptor is actually something different and apart from the normal production F150.
