outer cv boot replacement??

Well I installed a 2.5 inch level kit and after driving from the garage to my house about 2 miles I noticed grease all over my driver side wheel and every thing in that area. I cleaned it all off and found 2 or 3 spots where the grease is seeping out of. The grease is on the part where the clamp is. I didn't find any grease in any other spots. Now here are a couple of questions:

1. Is there a universal cv boot to replace this?
2. Do I have to replace the whole axle for that side or just the boot?
3. Does motorcraft make a cv boot and is this the one that is for $50
that I have seen online a few places or are there other brands?
4. Is there a temp fix like an adhesive to put over the tears to keep it
from seeping more grease?
5. Should I try my local ford dealer to see if it will be covered under
warranty, even though im pretty sure they will say it was because of
the level kit being installed??
6. How long do I have to get this taken care of? I only drive to work
which is a 3 mile round trip. I can ride my bike to work if its going to do
more harm than good. I haven't taken the truck off road yet. I haven't
even taken it off road since I first bought it which ive been itching to do
since getting this truck
7. Are there any clamps that you all recommend if I were to replace just the clamp?

I've replaced the passenger side cv axle twice in my 05 because of a messed up boot. I think you can replace just that clamp but I'm not sure. I just replaced the whole axle the first time and then replaced the whole thing again because he part was still under warranty.

I would hope I can just replace the clamp and if so with what kind? Im sure if I take it to the dealership they are going to void the warranty because of the level kit.
