I saw this somewhere but it seems that it's outdated. As I've seen some discussions and have been told by some dealers over the past few days that there are 3.55's with lockers (which is not on this chart below).

So if anybody has the newest codes, please show, thanks.



AXLE & GEARS

Door panel - Item 8, called Axle, will have 2 digits:

15 = 3.73 non LS
19 = 3.55 non LS
26 = 3.73 non LS
27 = 3.31 non LS
B6 = 3.73 LS
H9 = 3.55 LS
L6 = 3.73 locker

?? = 3.55 locker

 

Quick google search and...

L9 = 3.55 w/ e-locker
L6 = 3.73 w/ e-locker

That may help you some if your trying to come up with an axle code, in this case the '9' refers to the 3.55 gears and the 'L' refers to the e-locker.
