Keyless Entry Keypad Remastering?
Just to make it clear...the factory code never goes away. You add your own code. Both codes will work. I would bet that the original owner has no idea what the factory code is so I would not spend the money in a new module on the unlikely event that
a. He remembers the code
b. He knows where you live
c. He is a thief willing to steal from you
So just change the user code and enjoy your truck. Or move out of such a lousy area that you worry about the previous owner robbing you.

Section 501-14-39 of the 2010 F150 workshop Manual makes no point of mentioning the ability to change the factory code. It does, in several points about how to change Auto lock, and auto unlock, and in the how to program a personal code section, mention that you need to "Enter the permanent factory key-less entry keypad code". I'm going to guess that by permanent, it means permanent.
I found a piece of info I was not aware of... you can have 3 different personal codes.
Sorry I could not be of better help.
