Plus his FX bedside stickers also indicate it is at least a '12....

I traded black for silver, and love how much less the Iowa dirt bothers me. My washing budget has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY.

no one hand washes their truck at home anymore?

 

I do, weather permitting. Obviously driveway washing is not an option all winter long in colder climates.

Even in the summer, it is actually illegal in my city for sure, and many others as well to wash a vehicle in a driveway, or any residential district. Many municipalities do not want the soaps and residue getting into the storm sewers.

 

Did the same... I love black when it's clean, which is generally all of 10 minutes...silver appears clean far longer and looks great!

 

I did the reverse, my '05 Lariat was black, then an '09 silver Plat and now a '13 black Plat...I have an enclosed garage though, so it stays clean quite a bit longer

Nice truck and all you need now are the clear mirror reflectors from Recon to get rid of those nasty orange reflectors...seriously, would go much better with the Silver paint...
