Dissapointed in Ford not standing behind Quality

wow. low miles for a 2010. you definitely dont drive it much. sounds too me like bad leather unless you have just been in and out of the truck more than just putting miles on it and wore a spot from that. im wondering why such a high cost to fix it. i would think they could order a new seat cover (top only) and it should fix the problem. unless they cant order to match that design for some reason. i know the feeling expecting a manufacturer to stand behind something that we pay so much for, but they set rules for a reason. just be glad its not a major mechanical issue.

I believe that even if you had bought the extended warranty from the Ford Motor Company it would not have been covered.
