Loud clicking noise

Title pretty much sums it up...As soon as I start it up, a clicking noise from the AC system starts. As soon as i turn the heater or air on, it stops. Would this be the blend door actuator? Mine noise goes away when i turn the air on, and I seem to be reading that most have the issue WHEN the air is on.

Any help is appreciated

If it sounds kind of like CD's being loaded into a cd player, yeah it's the blend door actuator. I had mine replaced about a month ago, and during the last week I'm getting a noise that almost sounds like the signal light clicking noise coming from deep within the dash, it's related to the climate control, not sure what it is exactly. As it seems to be working alright I really don't want to take it in to get checked out and get another quote for $1000+ repair.
