Anyone removed their cats from an 09-10 f150 and have good results from it? Just curious

Why would you want to do that? It's not going to make it run any better and it's going to throw a constant CEL.

Im not, I was just wondering if anyone has and what their results were. Im just interested more in the sound than the performance.. when i try to make it louder with straight pipes it sounds terrible..I like my flowmaster sound, its just not very loud on these trucks

Change your Flowmaster to a quality Borla, and get longtube headers with the STOCK cats which are a very hi-flow unit as is, and hardly volume killing at all. Running no cats with a custom tune works, but is it really healthy for those around you on a cold start? Longtubes, and a direct flow muffler, and long length and diameter tips will improve your volume.
