Angry 2011 F150 squealing from under carriage

Hi All,

I have a 2011 F150 Ecoboost FX4 (20500kms). I was parked in a parking spot on the lot with a 4% grade roughly. I get back in and start driving and the truck sounds like I'm killing it. It was squealing and grinding from the front end but it was super loud but only when I driving it (fwd or back). I stopped for about 5 mins and looked underneath couldn't see anything leaking. Of course the only two ford dealers in town closed at 6p so I continued to drive and after a while it would only squeal when I was turning then it completely stopped. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm also super pissed with this new stupid fuel capless design. I am getting a ton of soot in my tail pipe so I thought I would put some fuel cleaner in (STP $14/bottle) and I didn't know that there is a big overflow hole at the start of the nozzle entrance. So basically the entire $14 just pissed right onto the pavement... I am so flippin mad. I think Ford will owe me a bottle.... arg

You pissed the $14 away anyway - the only fuel additive that works is Techron.

The EB does have a sooty tailpipe anyway.

so it is Ford's fault that you are clueless?

If you looked at the fuel door sticker you would see the sign that you need to use the funnel to fill from a can... they even give you a funnel to use...

or you could browse through your manual and see the same thing.

If you use any fuel additive use techron......

Your squealing could be the EPAS or a pulley.....its probably still under warranty....so the drive to a dealership would be worth your while to let them check it out....
