First off, my truck has 39,000 miles on it and no extended warranty. When I first got it, I peeled the passenger side mirror off of the truck pulling into my small two stall garage. I bought one off of ebay and fixed it, no problem.

On to my current issue:
This spring sometime, my driver side mirror started moving very slowly or getting stuck while folding in and out. If I open my window and help it I can get it folded in and out. I dont know if the folding motor is going bad or if someone once tried to fold it in or old by hand and wrecked something. I am the only one who drives it, and I never tried to force it by hand. I just dont know what to do. I really dont want to replace another mirror. I have a lot of other stuff I would rather spend the money on. But the folding mirror option is import to me for getting safely in and out of the garage and parking in public places.

Any help with ways to trouble shoot it or people that have had similar issues would be appreciated! I did search the website, but didnt find any specifically that I had. Mostly just a lot of people trying to install power folds on models that didnt come with them.

Thanks for the bump. I dont know what to do, other than keep my eyes open for a reasonably priced replacement. I dont know why it stops/sticks sometimes.
