You are a 100% right, the pop and rattle in a brand new truck is annoying. I have posted on 3 threads of which one is mine. I hardly call that "everyone". I see you have a 2012 Ecoboost. How many miles? Give a couple thousand miles. I love my truck with the exception of this issue.. I'm not a Ford hater at all. Traded my 2004 in this past December for my Lariat Ecoboost. I'm a Ford guy but there is a problem. Maybe with a batch of gears or all of them. Either way this is not an isolated issue. If you don't have the issue great. I thought the purpose of forum was to talk about issues. Potentially helping others and getting our concerns to Ford.

I don't know if you've heard, but your new 2012 F150 could have steering rack issues. If you want, I'll take delivery of that truck and you can have my 2007. Just my way of looking out for a fellow forum member
