Matinee performance (of my mods anyway)...

Finally got the rest of my mods done for now. Finished the PTM wheel inserts that I think look much better than the bright red inserts that came with the wheels. I had some DuPont automotive paint made and placed into aerosol spray cans, and also applied 2 coats of clear. Can't see in the photos but also added a Truxedo Lo Pro tonneau cover.

Total mods to date:

• K40 Calibre Remote Radar System with Laser Diffuser
• Ford OE Rubber All-Weather Floor Mats
• Linex Spray-on Bedliner
• Matching Front Tint
• BDS 2.5-inch lift (front/rear)
• Nitto Trail Grappler MTs 295/60R20 (34-inches tall)
• Moto Metal 961 Wheels (+18mm Offset, 5.71" BS) with PTM Inserts
• Magnaflow Stainless Steel Dual-Exit Exhaust System
• Smittybilt Light Bar
• PIAA 540 Ion Plasma Driving Lights
• PIAA 520 ATP Off Road Lights
• Truxedo Lo Pro QT Tonneau Cover

looks great but the wheels just keep bothering me. I think it's the center wheel cap and how the spokes come into a large center circle. They do look better now w/ the PTM insert.

Thanks. Yeah, the wheels are definitely not for everyone but wanted to try something different.

Looks killer! Really makes me want to rock the 295/60 trail graps, but I'd also love some decent mileage for a while.. Just trading one decision for another

Damn, does that look great. That red is just amazing, especially inside lip of wheels.

Thanks!!! Yeah, I hear you as I really thought I would go for some 275s for the same reason but just really like how the 295s look to much.

Thanks man! The tires rubbed just a little when backing out while turning, so I had to trim the fender where it curves under the truck and the front air dam a bit. But turned out great and you can't tell that it was trimmed.

Thanks Svets. I got mixed reviews on the Motto Metals but I think the PTM wheel inserts work well.

Dawg, how is the truxedo? that was the tonneau I was considering for mine since the new bak roll-x has a rather steep price tag!

I wondered about the truxedo rails, they appear to stick out into the bed pretty far.. More so that the rails on my 2005's extang RT.
