Hi Guys, Anyone think about adding vinyl/paint to the 3 strips on our tails gates. It just looks like it need something. I am painting my rear emblem mount w/camera flat black an will have it off. Thought it might be a good time to add the strips. If I don't like them, they will come off. If anyone is interested, I will have him save the info for others to order from him.
I don't like vinyl on my truck but, this might look good.

 

I have seen chrome strip kits on ebay before, but nothing else. Sounds like it could be a cool idea and probably not too pricey.

I talked to my vinyl guy today, he is busy but will try to have it by the end of the week. I have all badges/emblems removed from my truck....shaved to the nibs. Painting the next 2 days. Smoking out a 2011 Candy Red FX2. Pics to follow....
