I have a 2011 xlt, I removed the cloth and installed the leather kit from leatherseats.com. I love it. If you look under my name you can find where I posed them. I think it was under classifieds or interior, (I was giving away the old cloth there).

Buddy of mine had aftermarket leather installed in his RAM. It's nicer than the upgraded leather in my FX2.

Take a look at Classic Soft Trim. I had my 98 F150 done with their products. It was Lariat so I replaced factory leather. Actually went with perforated suede inserts.Looked great, actually matched interior better than factory, and seemed to be holding up well when I sold the truck.

Katskin is often quoted in these forums as being pretty high quality. I'd give them a look.
