If by OTD you are including sales tax, etc, then sounds pretty good to me.

I'd say you did well, here's mine to compare: (which I felt I did pretty well on)

(~Feb15/2012 purchase, Florida) 35,3xx OTD
2011 Lariat 4x4 Screw
6.2(max tow,leather buckets)
20's
side steps
tailgate step (was swapped from another truck, and not included on sticker)
msrp 45,8xx invoice was 41,8xx

Traded in a 2000 Ranger xlt reg cab, manual tranny. 117,000 miles, fair to rough shape. (1500-2000 private party, realistically)

$5000 in rebates, (2000 customer cash, 1000 ford credit, 1000 trade assistance, 750 private cash coupon, 250 dealer coupon.) no dealer fees. 36 gallons of gas!

Looks like you got PLUS, line X, sunroof, tinted windows AND the new model for 2200!

Doesn't sound bad at all, really not a bad price for what you get! Enjoy the new ride!

Talking OK finally....

Sorry about the delay but here are pics of the old truck and the new truck. Loving the new sterling grey color but I will definitely miss how good the black one looked cleaned up!!
