Bullet proof visors
I don't get why the material used in the sun visors is so hard. I have " bumped:" in to them a time or two and used a number of well chosen loudly spoken words. Is there an after market visor? FS

Maybe you could make them out of a cut to size rubber floor mat? 
They would always be hanging down, unless you added some type of support though.
How to you bump in to them? Do you have them pointed angled towards your body? Have you tried pushing them closer to the glass?
