I ordered a visor from a internet OEM Ford dealer with the garage door opener. I get it on Friday and it's wrong. I get two grey visors, supposed to be Charcoal. I have been trying to get in touch with them since Friday and only got them on the phone until today. I had emails about a mirror with someone, asked them to call me due to this error, no contact. Basically they want to talk when they want to make money, not when they need to rectify a problem...

Not to mention apparently someone who ordered off eBay is waiting for their order and I've got it. Packaging has a sticker with the person's name and eBay order number.The PN# on the box is correct as well so it could be Ford's fault. There are listings for Charcoal, Grey, and Adobe. Charcoal is Black, correct?? Ford had to of sent them the wrong thing but still sad they didn't check. Sucks as well because none the less is that other person is out their visor it's also the wrong color probably. Hopefully the place realizes and returns it so they don't have to wait even longer.

Very disappointed in this place right now.
